South Atlantic Great American Smoke Out Blog

The American Cancer Society's Great American Smoke Out is incorporating blogs to support the effort.  The South Atlantic Division is hosting their own GASO blog, www.QuitForYou.org. The blogs chronicle the struggles of a number of smokers as they attempt to quit the habit.  This blog captures the real struggle of how difficult it is to break an addiction to tobacco.  I commend the writers for having the guts to put their story out on the web and for it to be a lesson for all trying to kick smoking.
