Beth from TechSoup interviewed my girl Jeska Linden about
the nature of Nonprofit work inside Second Life. The way that SL is
approaching nonprofit organizations is very hands off and I like it / hate it
some times. They very much believe that they are a platform for human
good and interaction and what transpires is none of their business (unless it
violates TOS). LL has been willing to help out the American Cancer Society from
time to time with amazing guidance and assistance and we are very appreciative
of all their help.

Thanks for the pointer! I actually don't work with TechSoup - just participating in the planning committee. Hope you'll joinus in SL!

The Relay event this weekend was LOVELY and a great success story for NPOs in SL.
