What is your strategy for building the community here?

Honestly I do not have a community building strategy. This blog has turned into more of a repository for my notes and a crumb tail of my professional thoughts. I do have 2 active communities here though - one around a very specific Peroneus Brevis (foot tendon) operation and another around a mutual hatred of a long Distance reselling company called Preferred Long Distance.
I am not that interesting to hold a community and my writings are so broad (as is my work and interest). I think I am destined to be aggregator fodder. I know I have some great stuff to say and if people have the time to check in they will learn a boat load.
