Ditto here. It was very refreshing. Actually, I've gotten a number of calls over the past few months, and I dont' spend more than a few dollars a month. Kudos to the few places that still have excellent customer service.

Well, I just tried to cancel my service at ServerPronto. They require the customer to fax a cancellation form, copy of a government-issued photo ID, and front/back of the credit card on file before they will cancel (funny, I didn't have to fax this stuff to start the service).

I asked if I could cancel without faxing the ID and credit card, and they said sure, just send us the form. A few days later, they billed me. When I asked about it, they said that they couldn't cancel it until I faxed my cards. Ugh.
