Randy, thanks for the link... that is turning out to popular page and showing the intersection between prescribedand emergent networks.

You have the student version of InFlow which is limited to 75 nodes -- small projects. The full version of InFlow has been successfully used in projects of many sizes, including some networks of several thousand. See these slides for outputs from many InFLow projects:
